Registration Packet Pick-Up

2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
For riders – Riders can save time on event day by picking up their registration packets in advance on September 2. Packets will include detailed course information, gifts from our sponsors, and ride gear. Some of the fun goodies include an event t-shirt and water bottle as well as several promotional items. This is your ticket to jump straight on the course on event day, Sept. 6!
For volunteers – Volunteers are invited and encouraged to pick up their registration packets in advance on September 2. Event organizers will be on hand to answer any questions they have after reviewing the online training and orientation.

Registration opens for all riders or volunteers who have not received their registration packets
8:15 – 9:00 a.m.
34-mile course riders depart*
9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
14-mile course riders depart*
* To help with crowd control, there are open times to start the course, however all riders must depart on course by 10:00 a.m.
Snacks and Hydration – A variety of snacks and drinks will be available at the start of the ride as well as at rest stations throughout the course. Please take only what you need for your ride. Most importantly, stay safe and have fun!
Rest locations: Restrooms, first aid supplies, bike pumps, and refreshments will be available at each station.

Masks are encouraged while stopped at rest stations and at the event start/end locations. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the course. We care about the safety of all riders, volunteers, and spectators, so If you are sick, please stay at home.
